Grand Builder completed a full interior renovation of a private villa in the Meadows community, Dubai. The project covered every room of the 300 sq m, 5-bedroom home — from full repainting and wallpapering to bathroom renovations, custom and ready-made furniture, smart automated windows, new doors, lighting, security cameras, curtains, decorative finishes, and a custom TV wall.

The entire villa was repainted throughout, and feature walls in several rooms were finished with new wallpaper, refreshing the look and feel of every space.
Bathroom Renovations
All bathrooms in the villa were fully renovated, including new tiling, fixtures, fittings, and finishes, delivering a modern and cohesive look across every en-suite.
Custom & Ready-Made Furniture
The villa was furnished throughout with a combination of bespoke custom-made furniture and carefully selected ready-made pieces, tailored to the client’s style and the layout of each room.
Smart Automated Windows
Automatic dimming/blackout windows were installed, allowing light levels in key rooms to be adjusted at the touch of a button for comfort and privacy.
Custom Doors
New custom-made doors were designed and installed throughout the villa, matching the overall interior design scheme.

A complete new lighting scheme was installed across the villa, enhancing ambience and functionality in every room.
Security Cameras
New security cameras were installed to provide the homeowners with added peace of mind and modern home security.
Curtains & Decorative Elements
New curtains and a range of decorative elements were added throughout the home, completing the interior design and adding warmth to every room. Indoor plants were also placed across the villa, bringing a fresh, natural touch to the interior.
Custom TV Wall
A bespoke, custom-designed TV wall was created as a feature element, becoming a centrepiece of the living area.
