Open Plan Design-One at Palm Jumeirah

Grand Builder designed an open plan living room in white and grey shades that visually increase the space. Our designers added different lamps illuminating the entire space and giving a unique style to the interior. Specifically for this project in One at Palm Jumeirah, we customize furniture in beige color for the living room.

The accent of this room is the TV wall which is finished with wooden panels and marble tiles in dark colors. The same marble tile was used for kitchen areas and island. Grand Builder team also installed a fireplace on this TV wall; it creates a relaxed atmosphere.

For convenience, we have separated the workplace with a wooden partition. This is a great solution to make this space comfortable and functional for work.
