Interior Design Features:
1. Open-Plan Workspace:
– Accommodates 36 employees
– Features workstations from the Dubai showroom
– Custom cabinets crafted from MDF material with a white matte melamine finish.
– Special wall paint for notes.
2. Managers’ Offices:
– Space allocated for 5 individual offices.
– Each office is equipped with individually designed tables and lockers.
– Both ready-made and custom-made furniture incorporated.
3. Reception Area:
– Waiting area with seating for guests.
– Spacious meeting area for collaborations and discussions.
– A research laboratory dedicated to innovations and explorations.
4. Furniture & Decor:
– Purple sofas, echoing the brand color of the company.
– Coffee tables that complement the seating.
– Custom-made mirror that fuses functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Color Palette:
It mainly revolves around harmonious aesthetic shades of white and gray, which lend a sophisticated and calm vibe to the entire space.

Grand Builder has meticulously combined both ready-made furniture from the showroom “Workspace” and those customized by Grand Builder Dubai, ensuring that the space is not only functional but also uniquely tailored to the brand’s identity.
