Grand Builder delivered a full landscape renovation and garden transformation at a private villa in Emirates Hills — one of Dubai’s most prestigious gated communities. The project encompassed the entire exterior territory: front garden, backyard, perimeter planting, outdoor lighting, irrigation, and feature gates.

Approvals & Documentation
Grand Builder managed all required municipality permits and authority approvals for the landscape works, ensuring full compliance throughout the project.
Hard Landscaping
All external paving was replaced with premium quality tiles, installed across walkways, terraces, and entrance areas. New feature gates were designed and installed at the villa entrance.
Soft Landscaping
The entire garden was replanted with a curated selection of tropical and regional species. Large mature trees — including olive trees and palms — were imported and planted to create instant impact. Flowering plants and decorative ground cover were installed throughout.
Premium Artificial Lawn
High-specification artificial turf was installed across all lawn areas — selected for its natural appearance, heat resistance, and low maintenance requirements, suited to the UAE climate.
Irrigation System
A full automated irrigation system was designed and installed to serve all planted areas, ensuring optimal watering schedules and water efficiency.
Outdoor Lighting
A comprehensive landscape lighting scheme was installed — including pathway lighting, uplighting for feature trees, perimeter lighting, and decorative garden lights — creating a dramatic nighttime ambience.
