• How much are design charges?

  Our design and services charges are based on project size, client requirements (3d visualization, 2d drawings), type of end deliverables and required working hours to ensure a creative final design for the project.
  Prices for design services are determined upon receival of a project brief and reviewing the existing project plot / layout.

• Are you licensed and insured?

  Yes, we are appropriately licensed, insured, and authorized to obtain all necessary governmental and regulatory approval for fit-out and construction projects with DCCA, Concordia, DMCC, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defense, Emaar, Meraas, Nakheel. We provide CAR (Contractor All Risk insurance) for every project.

• Can I share my own inspiration images with your designer?

  Indeed, you are welcome to share your design inspirations; we would love to see how you express your style. Our designer will further help you develop your requests.

• How can I save money by having a maintenance contract?

  Your savings can exceed ten times the maintenance contract cost. Regular residential and commercial check-ups can save you lots of money on repairs. We will check your A/C condition, pump, premise water supply, drainage, and finally, its electrical distribution board. Our technicians use a preassigned checklist during the annual maintenance program. You can trust our experts to guide you through your residential and commercial upkeeping.

• When is the best time to reinvent landscaping?

  Many may assume springtime is the ideal season for landscaping, but for greenery such as trees, shrubs, and grass, fall is the best time because of warm days and cool evenings. Planting during fall, you’ll have six to eight months to get roots established before warmer months, weeds are less frequent, and the soil temperature is still warm. However, springtime is the best time for planting perennial and annual flowers.

• What does a fit-out include?

  An interior fit-out might include all sorts of works from internal walls and plaster to electrical and flooring work, décor, as well as any amount of additional modifications to a building’s interior. When the space is ready to be inhabited and used, it is finished with a fit-out.

  Included in hard costs are all of the costs for the visible improvements like grading, excavation, concrete, framing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and landscaping. Hard costs contrast to soft costs which are those related to non-physical elements.

• What industries does Grand Builder Company have experience in?

  Grand Builder has experience in residential and commercial construction; interior, exterior, and landscape design; decor selection; the full scope of engineering works; developing and installation of new HVAC systems and maintenance of existing systems; greenery and flowers planting; installation of a pergola, rest zones, barbecue areas, as well as swimming pools building and various details installation, such as waterfalls, fountains, and outdoor showers.

• Do you provide clean-up and debris removal upon completion of a job?

  Yes, we do. We make every effort to minimize the mess and debris during and after construction or renovation. We strive to make things as least disruptive to our customers possible so that you may enjoy the process and its results.

• Who carries out electric and plumbing work?

  Our plumbers and electricians are fully qualified and complete these jobs in line with all regulations. All the relevant certificates are also presented upon request.
