Approvals & Documentation
Grand Builder managed the complete approvals process on behalf of FABRICA — including Dubai Municipality building permits, authority NOCs, and all documentation from initial submission through to completion sign-off. Our in-house approvals team ensured a smooth regulatory journey with no delays to the construction programme.
Full Renovation
The renovation covered all elements of the studio interior — structural modifications, wall and ceiling works, specialist finishes, electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. Particular attention was given to acoustic treatment and blackout capability in the main shooting areas, and to creating clean, durable finishes throughout the facility that would withstand the demands of a professional production environment.
Technical Infrastructure
The project included installation of high-capacity electrical circuits for professional lighting rigs, dedicated data and control cabling, and a workshop and amenity fit-out to support FABRICA’s operational requirements on site.
